Custom Avatars... why no change?

What the hell??!!?!? I went to change mine... and it changed on my profile when you click it but not on the message board... i still have that sexy babe for mine... it actually isn't me though. I want MY face there! Anyone else have this same problem?

Sullenjester did, I haven't tried to change mine yet, I probably would though, PM Mark and ask about it.

It changed for me when I was viewing on my other computer, but when I came back to this one, it was back to the Still Life one.

mine changed on the front page and in my profile, but it took about a week before it changed in the threads
