Since we all seem to be in love with this small
chit-chattin' in all out threads and since the
"The lovely people on this board" thread has
mutated into an avatar thread I thought we
could move it to this thread insted >P

Fleischwolf's avatar is one that I can see in
many differnet ways. Yes, it is a picture of
nature, but if you stare at it long enough it can
look like a lot of things....
The mountains can be a face....

And; I like astarte's new one, even though it
does not suit her nick....
I have no idea what will suit her nick, I just know
this new one is arty )

Well, that is how I look! It is not altered the slightest! nahh, ok, that is a lie, but the truth is: I love the color Blue and Black, and if I had made it black you wouldn´t have seen it...

On my avatar you can see our horse. I don't know the englisch name of this pony. I think it is Fjord, or something. This kind of horses come from Norway. It was the horse of the vikings!!

But avatars.. I'm addicted to those avatars (little pictures that lurk all around us) and I want more. So Mark if you hear/see this, make it possible to keep multiple avatars, please, so we have more to talk about

I made it myself.... It's a pic of me,
edited the "colours" in Photoshop )

On what book-cover have you seen
a similar pic? I think I'll have to get

As I stated in the other thread, it's selfmade by my own photos and I worked with 2 graphic programs.
I love the DWD album of Savatage, but maybe I would take the Savatage logo off the cover pic while using it for as an avatar...
The cover pic is very beautiful...

I dunno.... I like seeing that avatar under your Nick,
the wings sort of symbolise you, and not in an
angel-like way..... I'm used to it I guess )

I get really confused when people at the
Opeth-forum change their avatars, cause there are
so many people there, that I sometimes just
remember their avatar and not their nicks....
When people I actually "know" pretty well change
their avatars I start missing them, but they're still
posting! Hehe... Or, I think it's a new peron on the
board, but he's just changed the avatar! lol >P

@Morgana; What two pics have you put together
there in your avatar? I can see the nature, but
who's the musician? Vintersorg? I remember you
posted some simliar pics (very goodlooking) not too

Yes it's Vintersorg
It's one of the pics I posted, the winter pic was taken in the South of Germany in April !!! It was amazing, when I was driving to Balingen, I alreday could see that it was snowing in the mountains (Swabian alp), I got more and more exciting the closer I got...

I don't think I have had a non album cover for my avatar yet. This one comes from a record I was listening to a while ago from a Finnish band called Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus (Qsilver knows who they are) Anyway I have been meaning to change it for a while but have not found anything!
