The A should be capitalized, for it is being used to start your sentence. Also, thats, should read that's. It needs an apostrophe to indicate that you are using a contraction for that is.

On the one hand I want him to go away, because he is an useless pain in the (YOU GUESSED it BUTT.
On the other hand, he is an endless source of humor. He's the kid in the school that always gets his ass kicked, because everytime he opens his mouth he says something so stupid that the other kids are like "would you just shut the hell up."

p.s. And yes, we as teachers sometimes set at our desk thinking "I wish this kid would shut up." Then when we are in the lounge, and we hear he got whooped on at recess, it's like "what a surprise, not Buddy, he plays so well with the other kids."
