weetbix gave me a burn he made of it, so I'm not going to be in such a rush to buy it now. But I will get it though, because it's AWESOME! I reckon it's the best album they've done since the 80s. The MID 80s.

It's certainly the best since 'SIT'. I never cared much for 'Seventh Son' myself, and it's better than that.

Me neither. 7th Son has some great material on it, but does very little for me as an album, and is one of my least fav Maiden albums.

You won't get a beating from me. It's rather patchy as a collection of songs IMO. I can't get over just how good 'Dance of Death' is.

Maiden lost a lot when Dennis left IMO, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's their best since the debut. They've sort of just been going through the paces from Killers onwards.
