Dan's Best Instrument

I know this might seem a bit dumb, but what does everybody think is Dan's best instrument (besides vocals). I'm thinking guitar, especially after hearing the lead in the middle of "Uncreation".

I really like Dan's keyboard work. He does a lot of exceptional keys, and is a master of intricacy and mood.

I think Dan's musical talents are really well-represented in Sorskogen's Mordet I Grottan. The drumming is absolutely phenomenal, as is the keyboard work (sounds like organ). Plus, who can forget that organ solo in Steal the Moon? Brilliant!

Personally, I've always thought Dan's guitar playing skills were very underated. His picking style is so clean and so fluid, and I've come across very few guitarist who have that style. This is especially evident on the Route Nine and Infestdead albums, but also on all three of the Nightingale albums, in my opinion.

And what about that lead in Uncreation? Almost makes me wanna cry, it's so good!

It's too damn hard to decide...

On one hand all of his solos sound great, so fluent, yet also impressive, and then theyy keyboard work on Moontower and Closing Chronicles is kick ass as well.

I'd say it's a tie between the two.
