This or maybe they thought they would make it and then unexpected unfortunate shit happened...

I don't see any reason to be so harsh with them.

By the way, i remember seeing the new The Acacia Strain album being tracked with a DAR amp, so maybe it's just the impulse thing that didn't happen and the rest is still on.

Did they go under or what? They seemed to have a ton invested in R+D and no distribution which is a recipe for bankruptcy.
