Reactivated Swedish death metallers DISSECTION have officially cancelled their previously announced appearance at the Metalist Festival in Israel. A statement on the matter from DISSECTION mainman Jon Nödtveidt reads as follows:

Dude, you like Pantera; you've really got no clue what's shit and what's not.

Both bands are utter shit. Megadeath was tolerable about 20 years ago. Dissection's first album was tolerable. Both were horribly beaten by better bands who were similar in style (Slayer, Sodom, and Rigor Mortis for Megadeth; Sacramentum for Dissection). Neither band ever was relevant aside from scene considerations.

I guess the bottom line is; who cares?

First off, Pantera fucking rooled. And second, Megadeth never made a good album?! Ever listen to rust in piece. Good lord man, that album changed the world. That was the most techniqual metal albums ever made for its time and its held up the test of time as being one of the best.
