As far as the house all I can say is be prepared to put out for a hotel room. But like I told Jon you will be getting a nice discount on the hotel room. My uncle's real estate venture is not panning out because no one is buying down here and he's stuck paying the mortgage's on the homes. So, there might be some houses available or there may not. I just don't want you guys to bank on it.

Getting the cost of the plane tickets out of the way so early is good so this way we can save for a hotel and all.

Yeah, I think reserving some rooms would be a good idea. Let me talk to my mom about some places to stay and I will get back to you guys. I will also try to find out about a wi-fi connection.

My mom will find out this week what's available near where my house is in Ormond. She works as a receptionist for the hotel people in Daytona now so she will have the inside scoop. I will let you guys know what's up in the next couple of days.

ok people...looking at the flights our schedule for aug 23rd (evening)to aug 30looks like it will run a ticket depending on when we leave, from $171 to $181. taking Airtran airways from Phl intl airport to Orlando airport. (not the intl one)
i just had an idea of the fact that if we arrive later, what may be the situation with the ho/motel, might the checkin office be closed? we'll have to further research that. all else fails if we decide to go and they're closed or somthing weird we could always pull an all nighter, go strip clubing and bar hopping and such things of that nature. JUST POSTING THAT THE TICKET PRICES LOOK LIKE THEY'LL BE AT MAX (AS OF TODAY AT 8:23PM) $181 PER PERSON. let me know your thoughts gentlemen.

i'm gonna buy tickets as soon as i get a confirmation from all of you.

the deal is, we will leave Phl intl airport on Aug 23rd at 7:23pm and arrive at Orlando Intl airport at 9:50pm. we will be leaving Florida on aug 30th at 12:30pm and get back to Philly at 2:53pm.

The plane tickets will be $172 per person.
The rental car will be about $63 per person.
