"Dead End" acoustic cover

As a big fan of In Flames, I wanted badly to cover one of their songs. The only problem is that 1) I can't sing like that and 2) I can't play like that. So I took the next natural step for me and bastardized one of my favorites "Dead End" with my acoustic.
Before you jump to the flames, yes, I realize it sounds nothing like the original and is nowhere near as good. It's just different. Thought some of you guys with a more varied musical pallet might appreciate it.
And of course, no disrespect meant to In Flames or other fans.

Hmm...surprisingly, the lyrics work, more or less. Comes out as a little dull; no real climax. Not bad, though.

Thx guys, I was expecting some flaming, so that's a pleasant surprise. I agree it needs a little spice and hits some dull spots, but hopefully I can flesh that out a little more cause this was a first try. Thanks for being open-minded!
