deathmetal/core songs with Andy Sneap drum samples

Hi all,

Finally I decide to put my songs here.

samta.mp3
fota.mp3

I recorded it with Pod Farm tones in Cubase + couple of extra VST plugins (compression, equalization) and using Battery III with free drum tones founded on Andy Sneap forum (http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/production-tips/311618-drum-samples-meta.html).

Hope you enjoy it.
BTW: If you know someone who want to make some vocals for this stuff I will be very happy.

Drums lack character... And cymbals are horrible (especially hi-hat and choked hits...) but otherwise not so bad. Lacking testicles/punch. Bass seems to be lacking sometimes, particularly when you you're doing harmonized leads... It has no "rumble" IMO.

Regarding Cymbals - I know they are horible: I had only one layer/velocity.
Regarding Bass - I used electric guitar to resord parts and tune it down 1 octave :/ I have no bass guitar at all.

Well considering a bass guitar is 2 octaves lower than a regular guitar, that could be why you have no rumble!

too much gain on guitars and guitars are out of tune at many parts,

I might add some vocals... Bring the drums up... They feel like they are behind everything... Bring the "bass" up i know its your guitar but if you pull it up in the mix Squash it with compression it should give this a lil more punch....
