Difference between theses amps

i have a peavey ultra 120 head but i am thinking about selling it and getting a 6505 combo(probably 112) instead.i have never played a 6505 combo or head so i wanted to know how big of a tone difference there is between them,cause from what i have seen from videos i really like the 6505 tone?

Don't sell your U+ head to buy a 6505 combo.
Sell your U+ for a 6505 head, if not don't sell your U+.
For the price it's a great amp, the only alternative is the Laney GH100 with 6L6.

The ultra I have isn't the plus it is the older one

Edit:also i have had a laney gh50l and although it was a good amp it wasnt for me.

also cant the 112 combo 6505+ produce the same tones as the head?if not through the 112 speaker then couldnt i plug it up to my cab?
