Different Hatebreeder versions?

I am, and probably you too, a big fan of Children of bodom, and I'm also a person who likes to collect. But because it is too expensive to buy every version of every CD, I was thinking of buying only Hatebreeder different versions, because that's my favourite
At this point I am aware of these versions, please complete!
