Do they use BOSS pedals?

Does Alexi use Boss GE-7? I see white pedal (looks like Boss) on top of his rack (example: Sauna Open Air 2004). I don't know what it could be.

When I was in Sziget festival in Hungary they used it and yellow Boss pedal (I guess overdrive, I know Roope uses it). Alexi and Roope didn't bring their racks just used Marshall JCM 2000 stacks and this pedals and sound was great.

Marshall Tube heads plus Boss SD-1 pedals = great tone, usually. JCM 800's work better. what pedal is the GE-7 what does it do?

Boss GE-7 = Seven Band EQ

It's a possibility that they used it, it does a LOT to ones tone. a lot of the musicinsa I know on Harmony Central use that in conjunction with the SD-1 and a marshall head.

The SD-1 sounds like shit on a solid state. You wanna get it on a tube head. Use distortion from the marshall head, and then boost the overdrive a little with the sd-1 and you can get a fucking killer tone.

yeah its just at the moment i have a marshall solid state, but soon enough i will have a 5150
then i just have to worry about getting a decent cab of my own

yeah my friend has a gt3 and I <3 it
