I work at a phone center where people call in and shout at us when their phones dont work. Its actually not THAT bad... im at university so its the only job that can be done with my odd schedule. Besides, the people there are all university students as well so we have some wild parties and have fun whenever we're not at a call.
Plus its very good to get rid of your stress... you take it out on THEM and not the people you live with.
So i think "yes" i like it, but i wouldnt want to do this for my whole life.

Shit no... There's a couple people I work with that I really like, and the pay is pretty good, and my boss has always been really cool, so I could do a lot worse. But I pretty much have to deal with the worst of everything - whining customers, whining co-workers, ridiculous deadlines, parts and pieces coming in wrong, being used as a scapegoat for higher-ups when the shit hits the fan, and the job itself is pretty repetetive and tedious... Guess I shouldn't have dropped out of college...

Hell no. Good thing I'm friends with my coworkers or I'd probably kill someone... I mostly do catering and stuff for groups of random people. At least I get free food and whatever else I can get my mitts on.

Actually, I do. I'm part of a lab researching breast cancer. The only sucky part is the commute through the city everyday. I refuse to pay $1400/ month for a shitty ass apartment with no view in Chicago. So, for now, I live with my Dad in a SW suburb and saving up money for a nice house somewhere.

I am a mechanic for Osram Sylvania. I don't do much, but get paid quite well. I don't get any sense of accomplishment from it, however.... I do like the people I work with though.
