Do you REALLY recommend Threatcon Delta?

I'm a HUGE fan of Neil's vocals on "Fistful of Metal," and I'm glad to hear he's still involved in music.
I've only heard one track so far (the one that plays when you visit NT's site), and it's not bad, although I am still curious about the rest of the album. Since there seems to be no other way of sampling other tracks, I'd like some honest opinions about the album before I shell out $19 (w/shipping) for the CD. Does he still sound as good as he did while in Anthrax? Are the songs interesting? Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Here's two more tracks. I'm a huge fan of Neil's myself and bought a copy of Threatcon Delta that Neil signed from his site. I think his vocals are much better on Threatcon than on Fistful. You decide!
