Recently get Bigelf - Hex. Didn't know what to expect. FANTASTIC doom riffs. Great vocals. And then the organ and synth stuff is amazing too. Theres prog, Beatles worship and Sabbath worship. Get this album!

Ahh I am a huge fan of Katatonia and I still can't quite make up my mind if they are doom or not but My Dying Bride is a good shout as well as Anathema (well their earlier stuff can be classed as Doom but their later stuff is more Prog Rock)
