There's two drinks I'm addicted to. Coffee and Coca cola. One helps me get by when I don't have the other, and both contain caffeine, so I can't do that.

I just was driving back from buying coffee grinds at the store, and I was thinking about the "double coffee" thread in the car and I was thinking

Wouldn't "double coffee" be the same as using twice the scoops of grind?

Or is it a sort of "longer brewing time = more flavor" concept?
