Does anyone know of any books with scales and modes tabed out for C standard? I have a decent book now but all the scales are for E and it is a bitch to rewrite them all out on a blank fret chart. Thanks!

Since guitar chords/scales are movable, couldn't you just use the same patterns as in E standard tuning but move them up the fretboard 2 tones?

or get GuitarPro 4 or 5. it has quite a lot of scales and can display them on a fretboard in every key and in every tuning you will ever use
