Actually the same is happening to me. It worked for many people on the SSD forum, so guess that we'll just have to wait until the server works again.

emailed support too but i was reading and i think we hav to log in with NI email and serial they give us once we register with NI. Can someone confirm?

it gets more and more confusing.
first upgrading from 2 to 3 different samples had the same number/labeling and vice versa, now there's a "new" z2 whihc is not the room+direct anymore but a different compression on a Z1...
why not call it Z6 or something? it'd be much easier if the labeling wouldn't change from version to version!

If you´re also having trouble to login on the update page, just send an email to support@stevenslatedrums.com informing your login and which version you bought (platinum or LE) and they'll send instructions for you. I did it, just finished the download : )
