I detest PoS. I'd take DT's 2nd and 3rd album and Symphony X's Damnation Game and The Odyssey and that's about it for these bands.

edit: and if I actually had to vote it'd go to DT for their older stuff, but Symphony X and especially POS are rubbish. at least POS has a fitting acronym to its name.

Pain of Salvation gets my vote, they are kind of a guilty pleasure of mine, of course they are a gay and pussified nu prog band but they have some good ideas and musical variation, some songs are actually pretty good. Early DT(Images & Words and Awake) is decent at best, otherwise they suck immensely, and Symphony X is awful.
