If Dream Theater didn't have LaBrie, they'd be a lot more listenable. And it's no coincidence that Pain of Salvation can be shortened to POS.

Um...I'm not going to vote for PoS because of the funk influences which aren't that great, or DT because of LaBrie's vocals which I don't like. I'll vote for Symphony X since I enjoy their sound and vocals a lot more.

Pain of Salvation gets my vote, they are kind of a guilty pleasure of mine, of course they are a gay and pussified nu prog band but they have some good ideas and musical variation, some songs are actually pretty good. Early DT(Images & Words and Awake) is decent at best, otherwise they suck immensely, and Symphony X is awful.

Have you listened to anything apart from Scarsick, Im just curious how this can apply to any of thier previous albums.

DT and SX are wizards, but what on Earth is Pain of Salvation doing in this poll? There isn't anything original in their music. They are shameless plagiarists ripping off basically anything that produces sound. Dude, they are even ripping Pokemon rap in one of their song.

Yea i've heard their older albums, both remedy Lane and PE have good songs, those are their best albums. Scarsick is pretty bad, lame as hell.
