After their Neo-Folk opus, 'Songs of Grief and Solitude', with this latest effort DRUDKH returns to their Black Metal roots, with five long compositions in the epic and melancholic vein of 'Forgotten Legends', although with better sound, organic drums, and brilliant bass playing, in sum displaying the sophistication of 'Blood in Our Wells'. This DeLuxe edition will come in the oversize Super Jewelcase Plus format used in the previous album's own DeLuxe version, with a 16-page illustrated booklet, lyrics both in Ukrainian and in professional English translation, metallic green lettering, special paper, and disc pressed onto green polycarbonate. It will also be limited to 1000 hand-numbered copies, be out at least six weeks before the normal edition, and will be available to Supernal Music customers only. The normal edition, in comparison, will be unlimited and available everywhere, and come in a normal jewelcase, with a 12-page booklet printed on normal stock, lyrics in Ukrainian only, and an ordinary silver disc. If you pre-order now you will be able to take advantage of the lower pre-order price.

album has been recorded in november/december 2006.
these guys surely produce really fast.... hope it won't be disapointing because of that.
the deluxe out in july and normal in september....
which is pretty gay honestly, fuck this deluxe bullshit..... i only care for music, not packaging, damn you Alex for being a cashwhore.

sounds like i will own the MP3 version until september.

I would have ordered this "deluxe" edition had I not heard so much bad news about Supernal Music. Just to play it safe, I'll wait for September as well.

I'm interested in the deluxe this time.

I had no problem with Supernal when I ordered Anti-Urban. It came pretty fast, but was pricey due to the unfavorable exchange rate and shipping. Not much can be done about that.

About the distro itself or about the label, such as political leanings? I ordered the Anti-Urban 10" from them and had no trouble with them. Maybe if swizzlefag and some others decide to preorder it I'll go in on it, get a cheaper shipping rate.

On another forum I visit many people gave accounts where they were over charged by the distro. So, I'm just playing safe.

Yeah, if people are going in on a deal together for this I'll certainly pitch in. Get the details figured out and shit's cool for me doing that.

No wonder you freely admit to leeching shit and not paying the artist. Do you even have any appreciation of art at all? This is not the first time I've seen you have a fucking whinge about having to pay for music.

Presentation is just as important as the music itself. The art, the print, it ALL matters. It is all part of the whole experience of enjoying music. But then again, I guess you wouldn't know because you seem to refuse to spend a fucking cent and support the artists.

I'm perfectly happy spending our cash to buy these deluxe editions etc.

And what's with all the complaining about Supernal? There's no problem with them!

maybe because i have a family and i can't afford buying tons of expensive albums every weeks.

so shut up troll.

if you never had problem with alex, fine with you, but tons of people, like me had in the past.... i ordered an album, it was out of print so he never sent me the album but got my money... or sometimes he send the wrong album... etc..

and why people are so against MP3 aroung here? how do you discover new band if you don't download?

My experience with Supernal hasn't been perfect, but it's been far from terrible.

Dude I totally understand not being able to afford it and all, I'm not rich myself and having a family is no cheap deal. But the fact is that you consistently cry like a fucking baby about buying music and wave it like a banner of pride, instead of acting like your so-called 40 years and accepting that you're going to need to shell out some notes if you want something.

In many cases these days its almost impossible to not discover a band by downloading, hell, I do it myself, but I make sure I support the artist in any way I can in return.

Personally I can't wait for the deluxe edition, I love more icing on the cake, it enhances the experience, makes it feel more special, more personal.

If you have to save up twice as long, so be it, the music should be worth it to you. Many of the bands are more broke than you. Do your bit: support them and fucking stop crying like a child about the cost of their music.

I swear to the anus of Jesus Christ that if you guys turn this into a download/purchase argument, I will rip both of your heads off VIA THE INTERNET.

€17.54 = around 50$ (canadian) with shipping where i live...

for 5 songs, they BETTER be good :P

anyway i just don't like dvd case for my music albums, they just don't fit with the rest.
