Drum mics: Tried and true contenders, suggestions?

AGGGG the talk about recording real drums gets me so excited!

I bought these babys a while ago and I haven't had the chance to use them in a real recording application yet because I need to get a better interface (I only have 2 inputs so the most I've been able to do with the mics is record a stereo track through a shitty behringer  :( )

I also have a SM7, a SM57 and a AT2020 that I would use for, HH, Snare Bottom, and close micing the ride

I need to get a interface so bad!!!!!!!

as Marcus has already said, i tend to use the samson Qkit alot, and love the kick drum sound, ive used the D6, D12, beta 52 and i have to say the Qkick is hardly worse than any of these, the rest of the mics are pretty standard and i still use the 57 on the snare. However the c02 pencil condenser mics included in the Samson Kit 7 are really nice too, for toms i still stick with e904s or e604s

I am loving the audix d2's and d4 on toms right now- They're just sooo nice. I'm still not sure what i like on snare bottom, I've tried the 57 and I just never seem to end up using it, gonna try an SDC next time round see if its more to my liking,

The shure beta 52 is a bit nicer on a kick if the metal isn't so technical and click orientated- I've used it on a few stoner/doom projects and i like, i often find myseelf going for that one over the D6 live too.

Got a set of oktavas and Nt5's in my house at the moment, the nt 5s are a friend of mines, they're nice and clear, I'd be happy ina drum recording with either of them to be honest! The oktava's seem to be really nice too, I@d say they're a little less sterile than the NT5's, more charachter or something! not quite sure how to explain it!
I'm digging the I5 over a 57 on the snare, just seems to pick up more finished sound, i always seem to do more to a 57 snare track than the I5 to get it in the right ball park.
