Besides the obvious Soil's Song remixed by Krister Linder, who mixed the My Twin and In The White versions? I figure that Anders and/or Jonas just mixed those two, but I wanted to know for sure.

Ha, I unfortunately do not own them. I have never bought single releases although the My Twin one would be worth it.

I wouldn't call them dub remixes. Dub usually involves removing the vocals and emphasizing drum and bass.

That wasn't directed at you. Although dub versions of Katatonia songs would be interesting to say the least.
