those are like leftovers to me one thing I really miss of chile is the bbq... this is a pic at my dad's house, that was a bbq for 4 people, me, my dad and my two brothers, a real bbq should look like this plus a couple of salads notice, those potatos in size are bigger than a fist

haha totally, most of bbq here is totally improvised. For red meat we just use thick salt, and for white sometimes a bit of lemon. Chicken heart can go with both, Chicken goes with some garlic too

I eat in soup. Grandma do the chicken soup, and give me the heart just for me
