Apples filled with minced meat. Gonna attempt to make these during the weekend. The combo looks awesomely tasty!

Ingredients; Serves 4
400 grams of ground beef (minced meat)
4 big apples
0,5 dl Breadcrumbs
1 dl Cream
1 Egg
50 grams Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Tamarisoy
1 tablespoon Cumin
Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Mix bread crumbs with the cream. Grate the parmesan.
Add meat, cumin, tamarisoy, parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs and pepper into a bowl. Blend well.
Cut out the core of the apples, make the holes quite big. Fill the apples with the minced meat. Put them in a oven-safe form. Bake in oven about 20 minutes.

Ok so i made those apple thingies today. They we're pretty cool, not really what i expected though but still cool, definitely gonna make them again some day. I also made blue coloured and vanilla flavoured pancakes. Win win win.
