greg has been listening to Mindcrime for like the last 3 months.

more like the last three weeks. but yeah its been getting some near obsessive attention lately.

I watched the livecrime DVD last night...and then the live evolution one....god they've aged poorly.

azal: i know. watching them play "eyes of a stranger" live at madison square garden in 2000 made me shiver in pain. but livecrime is probably in the top five of live concert footage for me, along with live after death, the skunkworks video, and other stuff i can't remember right now. so top three definitely.

I saw them on the Q2K tour and it was pretty good, it sounded ok, and I guess I didn't hate on them much because I love the ryche and it was my first time seeing them.

But this live evolution DVD just looks like it's no fun at all. Tate looks like he's about to die after every note and everyone else looks disinterested.
