Ever get a hangover from sleeping?

It seemed like it was pretty cool at first, but then I realized that it pretty much sucked.

Went to sleep at 2:30pm, woke up at 8pm. I'm quite irritable at the moment.

Actually, I know exactly what you mean. Far too often I wake up from sleep and feel like someone has been beating me with a sockfull of quarters while I was out. This is without drinking. I've rarely felt any worse waking up with a vicious hangover than on just bad sleep nights. Does not discourage alcohol imibing.
