I think what he means that the lyrics are far from being your usual run-of-the-mill black metal lyrics.

I personally love the lyrics on W3.

That was an awesome review man. Though "Woods of Ypres - The Deepest Roots And The Darkest Blues" is a love it or hate it album, I haven't heard many people declaring a dislike to it.
