Fake St.Anger song on Kazaa?

Can anyone tell me what band this is>
If you go on Kazaa and download the song called "St. Anger(The Real Thing!!!)", its not Metallica, Although, the song does fucking rock. What band is this if anyone knows? And what's the songs name ?

I downloaded that song before St. Anger came out, and at first I really thought it was Metallica. I mean, it still didn't sound as good as old Metallica (it had it's gay moments) but it wasn't too bad. I still listen to it sometimes. The band is called Manditory.
