Favorite Solo?

Alright, it had to be done, any CoB fan knows Alexi's solos are godly. Which ONE, or two hehe, could be considered your favorite. Ill give THREE!

1. Kissing the Shadows - Because its nice and long, nice dual with Janne.

2. Downfall - Melodic as hell, and ends the song perfectly

3. Silent Night, Bodom Night - Great fuckin solo for a great fuckin song, Ive always liked this solo because its melodic, and he wails like hell.

Huh, that's hard question. I think my three favorite solo's are:

1. Downfall - It's just great melodic

2. Children Of Bodom (Something Wild) - This is still one of the best solo's. I like SW version more than Hatebreeder because it's played with lower tune and it's slightly different.

3. Kissing the Shadows - very cool song and cool solo's. Whole song is like one long solo

I agree, Everytime I Die is a great song in general and the solo is short but sweet.

Touch like an angel of death is my fave,its not very long but i think its kick ass very catchy.

The Touch like Angel of Death solo is 40s long, and about a minute or so long on the live version (making one of CoB's longer solos).

first of all i know a lot of better guitarist (dont get offenced guys)
but i like alexi's guitar play much and my fav is definetly kissing
the shadow , but i also like much the one of every time i die and
the one from silent night bodom night (but its right petit lutin
vert , en passant est tu francais ? that the live version is better)

Hmm, I haven't that much comparised the solos. I just enjoy listening to them all. Maybe one in Kissing the Shadows is the most memorable though.

secondly I like the solo at the end of In the shadows
and Deadnight Warrior

My personal favourite is the guitar solo to Bodom After Midnight. A fuckin cool solo! Guitar wanking rocks!
Switch one of the channels off to get the best effect!
