I've always wondered how it'd sound if it were re-released or something... . It'd be very interesting certainly .

What a horrible idea. What they SHOULD do is re-record Empiricism with Vortex on vocals and with Quintessence's production.

that also is a horrible idea. I actually asked oystein about re-recording quintessence because it had such poor production, he said something like that would be interesting but also a waste of time.

I voted for Epic and I'd quote Requiem for the reasons:
"I think 'Epic' is closest to blending crispness with an earthy feel, perfect for Borknagar."

quintessence sound too similar to any other album recorded in those studios... it's a thing i dont like at all.

Oh and btw I voted for the self-titled, only because it suits the music so well and the atmosphere is awesome. Otherwise I don't think I could choose fairly easily.
