speaking of lyrics, then file downloads etc as was happening a couple of posts ago, I really relied on downloading songs as appetizers.
Its hard being in Australia, because the music im into gets NO coverage (Prog/power, general melodic metal, gothic etc etc) and when I read a review saying such and such an album is 'album of the year' or something, i cant just blindly import it from europe based on a good review.
I used to use audiogalaxy (I should not here that if i like the music I'll buy the CD eventually and if i dont, i delete the music. I never would have thought twice about Enchant, and subsequently bought all their CD's if i hadnt heard 3 or 4 songs from the web!)
anyway now that audiogalaxy is closed down, i have no way of discovering music to the degree i did before.
Does anybody know where to get music like this?
PS i tried various file-share programs, but they are useless unless you are into 'popular' music.
