I think I can tick this off my list ^_^ Haha, nah, there was minimal molestation. Saw mostly Bob, Gus and Mark after the show. Met Apollo outside the front and talked to him for a little while. Was epic. Cold. But epic.

Firewind were....exceptional. They easily had the biggest crowd of the night.

And I got to sing with Apollo. Twice Caught a drumstick too. I never had my camera so there are no photos from me apart from my shitty phone ones which I might upload later. Spike took loads though.



It was easily one of the single best days of my life. About 20x better than in Spain last week! If Hannah had been there it would have been like THE best day obv! We missed you!


I'll type a review up when I can be arsed really. Only got back to the apartment at 4.30am after the gig and got 2 hours sleep as we were up and out by 8am to catch our flights home. Got back to Glasgow at about 4pm today and still haven't slept and it's like 11.10pm.

I'm TOTALLY having a bed day tomorrow. I'm just going to lie in bed with my laptop all snuggled up with a hot water bottle and upload my pictures on ^_^

Christ, you should see me right now Kirsty! I just got to Norway after not sleeping the whole time in Sweden (after sleeping 2 hours with you guys on my favourite mattress)... I have NO clue how I am still up, I've had basically like... Not more than 10 hours of sleep since Friday and I'm running around with my suitcase full of liquor in the freezing cold lol And I'm maybe not making sense either cos I'm just sooooooooooooooooo exhausted...

I had the BEST sleep ever last night in my own bed under my own covers. Went to bed at 12.30am and woke up just before noon today ^_^

Well yeah, after Copenhagen I took the train to Sweden for 24 hours then took the train back to Copenhagen to take the plane to Oslo. Now it's my last night in Scandinavia and I'm sad It's such an amazing place... But I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOO tired you have NO idea. I'm sooooo fucking dead, I'm sure customs will stop me for looking like some drug addict with such blood shot eyes but man oh man... I'm so moving to Scandinavia.

And when I get to my bed in Italy, I'm sleeping for a month! You guys will only see me here in 2008! OH YEAH!

And did the limoncello bottle survive the return trip?!?

Yo, those pictures are really good. I think the lighting with Petros made that shot even better. In fact he looks "holier than thou" Like some kind of bass god from the heavens came down. Ha. And the lighting in the other shots didn't affect the pics that much. Great shots.

It's not really heaven though, I mean that hail and snow was ruining it a bit! Though seriously. Possibly the best weekend of my life only second to the weekend in April this year where I saw Firewind 3 days in a row.

Friday night, Peterborough, got hideously drunk, met Firewind properly for like the first time, got pictures with all the members.

Saturday night, met the LEGENDS that are Fifi (who has Firewind wellies) and Mike (who is just awesome), had a bit of a hangover, saw Firewind then went to the aftershow but refrained from drinking TOO much.

Sunday night, back in the hometown of Glasgow, was awesome, met friends, saw Firewind, took Apollo to McDonalds and it was just EPIC. <3


Best weekend of my life summarised.

Today was a Firewind day, I spent all day listening to Firewind up full blast and sifting through all my pictures and looking for pictures of the band on the net.

Gus looks about 10 years younger in all his pictures from like 2004-2005. Digging his red PVC trousers (LOL, NOT!)

But yeah...I found a picture and it looks like he's wearing eyeliner. Gawwwwh

haha, I saw another thing, gus? Have your Guitar Strap rusted? If you look at "I am the anger" video it's metal clean and the cross on it, but now it's all rusty^^ too many gigs out in the rain?
