this very morn, my MOTU 8pre firewire interface arrived 
recorded some guitar and shizz and it works fine!
but my midi tracks arnt playing, i had to go into the 'in/outs' of cubase and delete what was there as it was showing inputs from my last cheap interface, i then added a stereo output and added 4 inputs from the interface to let me get audio in.
and since doing this, my midi has stopped playing. (DKFHS) the hits are triggering, but no output from the DKFH vsti to my main stereo outputs.(KRKs)
wats going on?
its stopped me from being able to write.
any ideas people?
