First real original song, more on the way!

Hey guys, I've recently started a solo black metal project and would really appreciate some feedback. I've recently uploaded the first real song I have created, but the next song I will be releasing is of better quality (at least I believe so).

I don't like the distortion, its too messy. Drums sound good but could be louder. The bass part fits the song well. Just some initial feedback. I hate the vocals though, sorry.

it's supposed to be lo fi haha. I don't even use distortion, just overdrive. And yeah somewhere along the line the bass drum became drowned out. haha I'm no vocalist and have only been doing it for a couple of weeks, but thanks for the feedback!

Yep of course, just giving feedback.

There really is no difference between distortion and overdrive but whichever you use you want it to compliment the sound of the guitar and not take away from it.
