here are some raw snaresamples....
pretty ringy though, but some might like it.

the folder contains:

Snare Top (sm57)
Snare Bottom (sm57)
Room1L (km184)
Room1R (km184)
Room Mono (m160)

Room1 is like 1.5m from the snare
room mono like 3-4m or something.

all preamps API except the mono room, that was a neve designed one

it's not the best sounding room on these files perhaps...it's my liveroom that's actually sounding awesome, I didn't set up the gobos etc though, so it's in the "brightest" mode on these files.

I've never use rooms on samples...how do you work with them?
You mix the different mics in a single sample?

here's a short blastbeat-Snippet from the actualy recordings.

what you hear is this snare....not the samples though, it's all original drums. that's how real drums sound when you've got a really hard hitter!
there's like 30% of D4 Fusion on the kick though.
Toms and Snare all natural.
I haven't used the room in this one..just a standard reverb.
