hey, you know that ass-hole thing you do? take it to the chicago powerfest forums! hahaha :p

no worries, was.....still am, at work and didn't read thoroughly enough.

Can you recommend a good Annihilator album for me? Sad to say, I have never heard them. Only jeff's solo on the roadrunner circle jerk album...which was amazing

I was on the Chicago Powerfest forum before they ran everyone off, banned a few, and just utterly killed it. As for that solo, fuck yea man, that solo is amazing. The song was so-so, but when Jeff started that solo they had him do, holy shit! As for Annihilator albums, sadly, they are all different. Most people say that Alice In Hell is their best album, I disagree, I think Never, Neverland is. It's their second album, so they matured a bit and really found their groove. Best songwriting is on that album, in my opinion. Check it out and let me know what you think.

:Puke: Sorry about that, but I CANNOT stand this singer's voice. Pass. I've actually never listened to Freedom Call. I may try to check them out. I may not. I like good ol' cheesy power metal, but it has to have the right elements.

haha ya it is pretty bad.

I just remember getting to practice one day last year and keith came up to me, completely silent and didnt say anything and just waved "come here".

We go to his car and still not saying anything turns that track on.

I think i was silent for at least a few minutes before I realized that cheese was now turned into an audio format by trumpets.

I would love to see Freedom Call!!!!
also I think Conquest would be awesome!

guys we should also get narnia and aquaria to play too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, if we're going for flamboyant and colorful power metal. We need a double rainbow inside Centerstage though.

However, Drew, you gotta check the latest Narnia album. It seems that they left behind their "butterflies and rainbows" days. Really good.

And btw, I was glad to know you made it to PP last minute. Hope you had a good time!

I put them on my sponsorship list every year! Hopefully one day it will happen. They are one of my favorite Power Metal bands. I love the cheese aspect, but in all honesty they've moved away from that (ever so SLIGHTLY) on the last couple of discs. The last one in particular is actually quite dark in places.
