i agree 100% dirt...
not only is this a metal board this is a testament board... sure you can talk about other bands but most other bands talked about are in referenace to testament, bands testament works with/ is friends with/ bands ud like to see them play with/ get the point... in a round about way everything should be about testament.

and this wouldnt be an issue if it were 1/2 metallica threds but the metallica threds are starting to outweigh the Testament threads.... i see more people talking about metallica's shitty new album then testaments' new album.... thats just wrong.

Dirt is a good guy and an "OLD TIMER" on previous message boards sometime before I started helping out with Testament's site.

Dirt, you're the one who keeps calling attention to the threads by posting in them. Nobody was complaining about the "Check Out Dew Scented" or "Who's Going To the Haunted?" threads...the reason there's all these Metallica threads is because they're one of the world's biggest metal bands, this is the most hyped album in years, and every metal board on the net is bringing them up. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, DON'T LOOK. It's that simple. TL can ban the topic if he wants, but nothing else is going to stop people from talking about it when there's still something to talk about.
When Testament has a new album coming out, there will definitely be more talk about them, but there's really not much to talk about right now. You can only do "What's Your Favorite Testament Song?" for so long before it gets redundant. If you come up with an interesting Testament topic, people will post on it; if not, then they'll post something else.
And obviously, considering that you went out of your way to say "DON'T TALK ABOUT THESE GUYS!!!" there's still some interest (positive and negative) in them.

The vast majority of you sound like fucking rednecks who can't stomach anything other than metal. Whats really strange is that even though the new Metallica album IS metal(proof = http://users.wpi.edu/~almiki/mp3/st_anger.mp3) your blind hatred(ignorance) keeps you from enjoying anything.
