Had to ring them today, because the proper payment went through, and the hold was still there.
They explained that if you use a debit card, (even though it was Visa and I pushed credit), the hold doesn't disappear until they send the bank a fax asking for it to be released.
Dunno why they didn't send the fax without me having to ring them up again.
