Until recently Fox has used the same 2 basses- a 1976 Ibanez Destroyer and a Rickenbacker 4008 (but with only the 4 standard strings on). On the tour following Hammer of the North he picked up a Jazz bass copy of some kind (I tracked down the brand at some point, but its EU-only so I didn't bother to remember it as it doesn't affect me).
Amp-wise I believe he's mostly used SVT but I've seen some different stuff lately, Marshall for one.
Huge fan of Fox's playing and tone, as well as Grand Magus overall. I think his best sound was on Wolf's Return though...dirty as fuck.
