Almost all digital cameras have video setting.I just checked out a couple of cameras myself in the internet.There is one model I run into where no video is mentioned but I don’t think that finding what you want is easy.Wyvern said:a) yes

I didnt spend the time to check the detailed info so I may be wrong but there is no movie recording I the basic functions.

He says that you may only get the features you want (Good quality and no video) if you look for professional cameras since photographers are not interested in movies but this means you may have to pay a shit-load of money.

I've been looking seriously at the newer Kodaks. They have a 12X zoom with image stabilization and a bigger lens. I'm hoping a bigger lens would help with low light shots. The one thing I don't care for with the Kodaks is that they tend to be a little too proprietary with the batteries. Fortunately they don't do that with the memory. The one I'm looking at takes video as well so it would be out for PP. I'm still looking...
