if i would have done a poll like that id say NES, Nintendo 16 bit, sega saturn, sega masterdrive, commodore 64, amiga, atari, pong console etc and a 'new tech' option for puffs and posh gets.

Otherwise I play on PC, no console can beat it.
Just tested Halo herer the other day and I can't say I was impressed in any way. It had crap graphics (5 years old about although the game's originally 2 y.o.), crap choice of weapon, crap dialogs and all.

I was a Sega addicted, I had a Master System with Wonder Boy II, Rastan, and lots of other cool games! I then had a Game Gear and a Megadrive (Genesis). At that time (8 years old to 12 years), there were two groups in the classroom: the segas vs the Nintendos, we were nearly fighting with each other. At that age, If i could have done it, I would have bought myself a Sega Tatoo all around my chest!

I was killer with those too. i finished super mario bros 1&2, Zelda, Mega Man, Double Dragon 2, Gumshoe and Kung-Fu

now im trying to make an end to Mega Man 2 but i lost it.

Lots. Atary and Nintendo stuff most.
And retro has a quite different meaning if we talk about computers, even a fukking 500Mhz PC with Win 98 is a bloody retro!! Current stuff is what you can buy now in shops.

oh now i saw that screenshot, i finished castlevania too. one of the best NES games made

btw, its like movies. the old classics are best. so are the classic gameconsoles. ARCADE 4ever!

I nearly cry when I'm able to play with 8 bits game today!

It was so cool, poor graphics, poor playability, but everything was in my imagination. Endless days spent playing with friends...

Monkey Island was one of the funniest games ever... M2 was even better, especially the ending . Do you remember "Day Of The Tentacles" ?

as I said these games came late and not all ppl had it.. i just know many cos i know richer ppl as i lived in a city not in a village and went to school with pre-selected children..
What I dont get why you need to see the whole world in black and white.. Like if not poor enough then rich, if not a looser then posh and that.. Try to make more nuanced views.. it even could help u coping with the nazi tag.. U know, the world is a colorful, varyng place for living a happy life. Lots of things are more funny than picking a quarrel with everything.
