man this end of the year looks amazing, not to mention early next year already has MGS4 and RE5.
 
Also I completely obliterated Oblivion. I about about 135 quests, including beating the main quest. I have played for 109 hours. Only thing that pisses me off about that game is that the last thieves guild quest and the last daedra shrine quest are bugged for me and wont update.
 
Just picked up Bioshock today. As a complete System Shock 2 fanboy I cannot wait to see how good this game is going to be (judging by the ravings of several friends who downloaded it from Steam a few days earlier it is going to be an incredible game). And it's really fucking good to see an Irrational game getting the recognition (and sales figure) it deserves finally. System Shock 2 was critically acclaimed but sold very poorly and has infact been out of print for many years which is unusual for a game.

Also been dragged into playing Day of Defeat: Source online recently and that turned out to be a lot more fun than I thought it would be since I generally don't care for WWII themed games (especially shooters).

I also loved System Shock 2. Let me know what you think of Bioshock once you played it for a while. Maybe I'll consider picking it up as well.

I'm currently rediscovering the excellence of slightly older titles that I had no chance in hell of playing smoothly on my old PC. Half Life 2 is really sweet so far.:kickass:
 
can someone recommend me some really kickass 360 games, i've been looking to get better at playing games on newer consoles then just oldschool nintendo ones
 
Gears of War is pretty great.
Bioshock is amazing.
Rainbow Six: Las Vegas is fun.

I do not own a 360 so i can only list the games I have played with friends. Besides Bioshock which I own on the PC.
