That I agree with.

Probably a mod for that somewhere though. I know there is one for more realistic damage, not sure if that uses locational damage.

I know. But it came out in stores today; for anyone that didn't already pre-order it and didn't get to take advantage of the early access.

I played AoC for the three early access days. It was alright. The combat gets tiresome in my opinion. My opinion is most assuredly swayed towards the negative by the fact that the game DESTROYS my pc. It ran like shit on the lowest settings.

My brother and I were going to play it together and have decided to wait until we upgrade our pc's in a major way. In the meantime I just re-activated my Lord Of The Rings Online account, almost exactly a year after originally activating the account, so we can play that together instead. That game is so much fun.

I thought AoC started as a single-player game and doesn't become an mmo till level 20 or something.

This was the original intent but they changed it sort of. During the day it is like a normal mmo, but if you go sleep at the inn and turn it to night it is a single player type deal. this lasts until lvl 20 when you can leave tortage island.

Morrowind has quite low spec requirements, t'is quite old now. You could probably get by on 256mb RAM, 2ghz p4 and a radeon 9000 or something similar. Which, to put that into context, is a pc worth maybe £100 max these days.
