Well, having played there two times now as support for a MAJOR tour, I can tell you that ALL the soundcheck and linecheck time goes to the headliner (understood to a degree). The locals are pretty much the guinea pigs for the headliner and work on VERY limited channels. We were extremely rushed through our set. They need to find some sort of better system for changeovers there. I can also tell you though that it is VERY difficult to transport your gear around the headliners that is already on stage. Bottom line is that stage is not big enough to accomodate the needs of the headliners they book.
