Glenn and the Corsettes

last i checked i attended PPVI, not a fashion show. is choice of apparel really a topic here? that being said, if you choose to wear a corset, i can only assume you expect people to have some unsavory comments. anytime anyone draws attention to themselves or a group, there are gonna be people with nasty remarks about something, good or bad. im sure there are people who loved the corsets, hated the corsets, couldnt care less about them at the show. why is this all worth generating so much animosity for future shows?

My thoughts on this matter:

A) I love boobies
B) Next time, if you're wearing it wrong... just take it off :D
C) I love boobies
D) MetalRose said 'boning' :loco:
E) I love boobies

.... I'll go crawl back under my rock now. o_O

I can honestly say that I loved my corset. The MetalSeamstress worked magic on mine, it was made out of a nice stretch velvet with subtle lace around the top and the laces in the back were black leather (I highly recommend leather) and she laced me up perfectly!

Trust me, I've never felt so thin and full support in all my life.

Babs tells the men "So there :p"

Yeah, leather laces work great, especially if you need the support from them. For those in Atlanta, if you guys want to get together ahead of time, let me know, and I can see if I can arrange for some locals to show you their wares and get you measured properly.

For those not in the local area, let me know where you are and I can see if I can hook you up with someone local to you.

Yes, we should have posted it on the forum, but I kind of took over and ran with the picture idea. (That kind of spawned on it's own). So those who were crediting me with the idea- hopefully I didn't take it, I just got the date down. :)

Anyway, I don't see why this tradition wouldn't continue. It was a great idea and a fab way to bring all the girls together....

Tess and myself also didn't make it for the picture :( We misunderstood and thought the picture was going to be "before the end of the last band" when apparantly it was "before the beginning of the last band". So....I went out to the lobby about 5 minutes after y'all took the pix and Bari informed me that we had missed it. :(

SO.....I saw some VERY pretty corsets and some people wearing them well :D

Here are some of us in our corsets.....

So Southern Bell, you are the blonde and Tess is the brunette, or the other way around?

Yippee and I talked to you guys some early Thursday night in that little mini mart in the tower the next block from the Granada.

I thank each and every woman who wore a corset last night for reminding me (as a red-blooded man) how much I love corsetted ladies.
To the brunette in the red and black corset, my hat is off to you. That was an eye catcher.
As a side note, where is 'devi-horns' lady this year. Last year I remember her on the floor constantly, and this year she is conspiciously absent? My Bro.inlaw saw her outside with the smokers...we think.

Hiya  I was there and thanks for remembering me! I was sick that whole weekend so I apologize if I was not as sociable as last year... also since I am a smoker I had limited spaces to do so :) so I was outside and at the downstairs bar... also, after over a year of corresponding w/the Symphorce guys I finally got to hug them in person... another reason I might not have been seen as much :)

BTW, my horns off to all those ladies who wore the corsettes... you guys looked great! :headbang:
