After listening to it again, I have to agree that Within is a monumental track. It has the right to win.

This is interesting because it’s quite a divisive album, people seem to either love or not really like it in my experience. I’ve seen few that think it’s just good.

I must admit that I haven’t listened to nearly as much in recent years as I used to. It’s juat too much of a draining experience. In a similar way to Hvis Lyset Tar Oss.

Gotta agree with you Espada, “monumental” is the best way to describe Within. That suffocating and demented opening riff leading into an assault on the senses before that watery-eyed outro. Never fails to move me.

This album is just something more. I'm just after the Neverwhere / Scar suite and it was breathtaking to say the least
