GMD Poll: Top Ten Albums Of 1988

The best album they ever released isn't very good?
So, a ponderous, bloated and utterly mediocre effort that foretold some of the worst songwriting decisions of latter-era Maiden is the best album they've ever released?

The Evil That Men Do, Only the Good Die Young, the title track, and The Clairvoryant say otherwise.

You're a fucking dindu. The Clairvoyant is one of the best tracks on that entire album.

I did hate that song until I saw it live, but I didn't appreciate that album until I saw most of it performed live anyway.

Can I play with madness? There's no vision there at all

Can I play with madness? He said you're blind too blind to see

These lyrics are objective proof that the entire composition is a filler track.
