"SOAD is my favorite band. Despite the nu-metal label, I think they are one of the best modern metal/alternative bands...I wouldnt even call them Nu Metal, even for Toxicity. They are definitely a lot more skilled than most of their peers and a lot more experimental in nature." - @Terasophe
"Also Serj is the best nu metal vocalist. Doesn’t mean I like it but he’s fucking wacky and far less boring than his contemporaries and monkey noise makers." - @Krow
"Serj is annoying when he tries to do go all Patton-like, but overall yeah he's a legit singer/frontman with a trademark style." - @HamburgerBoy
"Sodom never got anywhere close to Darkness Descends. Lately I wouldn't even take any of their individual albums over Leave Scars, except for maybe M-16." - @HamburgerBoy
"M-16 fucking rules. Probably #2 for me..." - @The Ozzman
"M-16, the s/t, and Code Red were a hell of a run for a band that late in their careers." - @Krow
"7/10, great sound, catchy thrash anthems with a good amount of groove, one of the best joke cover tracks too." - @HamburgerBoy
"Honor Valour Pride is obviously the best BT album." - @The Ozzman
"I prefere old Bolt Thrower regardless liking all their albums except honor valour pride mainly because the singer for Benediction sounds like shit on it." - @CF87
"Honour - Valour - Pride's drum sound/production turns me off a little bit, but the guitar work is great as usual." - @CiG
"...i find Mercenary, Those Once Loyal and Honor-Valor-Pride to be totally derivative." - @Anom@nder Rake
"Still Life and Blackwater Park are the best Opeth albums by far." - @TechnicalBarbarity
"I consider this and Still Life Opeth's signature style. On no other albums did they combine extreme metal and prog with such bold, distinctive clarity, and Blackwater Park was easily the more ass-kicking of the two." - @zabu of nΩd
"I want to hug you for this." - @Dak
"I think Tara is totally varied and refreshing. Pillars of Mercy to Vorago all have their uniqueness to them that sets them apart, and obviously Stone of Destiny is a masterpiece." - @Master_Yoda77
"Tara is good, but it's just too much all the time. Like Proscriptor, we know you have amazing drum skills but there's no need for crazy fills all the time. The guitars are similarly hyperactive with lightning fast riffing that rarely lets up. The songs always feel like they're about to devolve into pure chaos. I guess it's to their credit that they rarely do." - @Phylactery
